Preregistration Information

You can preregister for ANIMAINE here. Use code “pine” to get the preregistration price. Preregistration price ends November 7th at 11:59pm Est

Full weekend badge is $60

Two day badge is $50. This badge can be used on any two days during ANIMAINE.

Child badges are available for children 12 & under for free and can ONLY be done in person once the convention has started. Children MUST be accompanied by an adult the entire time they are at ANIMAINE. Failure to do so can result in both the child and chaperone badges being revoked without refund.

 

At Door Registration

When you arrive, please look for these doors to ANIMAINE. They are located on the front of the Best Western on the right side of the parking lot. Our entrance is separate from the Hotel's front desk. If you need directions please feel free to ask the hotel front desk for directions.

Full weekend badge is $70

The following is for 1 day badges.

Friday-$45

Saturday-$50

Sunday-$25

These badges are for those wanting to visit us for just one day. These badges can be upgraded if you decide to join us for more days.

  • Friday Badge upgraded to a full weekend for $25

  • Friday Badge OR Saturday Badge + Sunday for $10

Registration FAQ

  • Please note that refunds will not be made past the week of the event. No refunds will be made at the convention.

  • In the event you are asked to leave the convention by our staff, you will not be given a refund for any unused portion of your badge.

  • Upgrades can only be done at the registration area where you pick up your badge at the start of the convention.

  • Cash and credit are accepted for At-Door registration

  • All pre-purchased registrations will be available for pick up at the Registration table, we are unable to offer mailing out badges ahead at this time.

  • When picking up Pre-Registered badges you will be asked to confirm your authority to do so with either: your receipt (printed), your email (if you have no printed receipt), or furnish an ID of the person who purchased (any photo ID works- including school, state, license, etc). We will not accept ID’s without a photo such as a driver’s permit or hunting license. We will also not accept social media accounts as identification.

  • Lost or stolen badges will not be replaced during the event. Please understand that it is standard convention policy NOT to replace lost or stolen badges. Make sure when you leave your hotel room, house, car, etc, that your badge is on you at all times. If a badge is lost or stolen, you will need to purchase a new one for the at-Door prices listed above.

  • We currently work within the restraints of a hotel that can only fit so many people. Due to this restriction, we do not offer free or discounted badges to parents.
